Caribbean Quizine is Palisades Center’s only Jamaican and Caribbean food destination. This fast-casual restaurant has been at Palisades Center for a little over two years and serves everything from traditional island dishes and comfort foods to American dishes made with an island twist of flavors and spices.  

Menu items include oxtail, jerk chicken, curry chicken, stew chicken, pasta, red snapper, panini sandwiches, Jamaican patties, and more! 

The owner of Caribbean Quizine is Herbert Bretton. Originally from Jamaica, Herbert saw a need for Jamaican food in the area. He chose to establish his business at Palisades Center so people didn’t have to travel far for great Jamaican food! “Caribbean Quizine stands out at Palisades Center because it’s the only Jamaican/Caribbean restaurant inside the mall,” said Herbert. “Stop by and give your palate something new to try!” 

Herbert’s advice to anyone starting a business is to do your research, investigate the area, and don’t be afraid to take the risk.
