New City resident, Nurhan Meyerer is the owner of Palm Trees, a sweet walk-up ice cream parlor on Level Four. Palm Trees serves a variety of treats including, soft ice cream, Italian ice, slushes, smoothies, novelty ice pops, and cotton candy.

“I started my business with a small kiosk, selling candy and freshly made cotton candy,” said Nurhan. “Customers loved the cotton candy and that’s when I knew I had something unique that people really wanted.”

When the opportunity presented itself, Nurhan relocated her business to Level Four and expanded her product offerings to include soft ice cream and Italian ice.
