Palisades Center Security is located on Level 3 in the Food Court behind Wendy’s. They can be reached 24/7 by phone at 845.348.1010, or at one of the 60 emergency call boxes located in the parking lots (exterior, underground and parking deck). We encourage our guests, visitors and store employees to contact Palisades Center Security with any concerns, questions or issues you may have while on property. And please, if you see something, say something!
Any act defined by federal, state or local laws, regulations, or ordinances as a criminal act is prohibited. These include, but are not limited to:
Escalators are under video surveillance. Any misuse, malicious action, or purposeful neglect of safety standards in place for this or similar equipment will result in personal liability, criminal charges and payment for damages.
Strollers are available for rent for a nominal fee at two locations – lower level mall entrance near Macy’s or second level next to Glitter & Glam.
Wheelchairs and electric scooters are available for rent on a first come, first serve basis in the Mall Management office on Level Three behind Wendy’s in the Food Court. Guests can call 845.348.1000 for more information.

For the security of Palisades Center’s guests and your own personal possessions, please do not leave purses, shopping bags and other items unattended. Please be considerate of your surroundings and the personal property of other guests and mall tenants.
Should you come across such items, Lost & Found is located in the Security Office located on Level 3 in the Food Court behind Wendy’s. We encourage everyone to report any missing or lost items to this location. If you would like to inquire about a lost or missing item, please call the Security Office at 845.348.1010.

The parking area is private property and is intended for the use of mall guests, visitors and employees. Vehicles must be parked in legal designated spaces. Violators are subject to tickets and/or towing. Unauthorized overnight parking is not permitted and is also subject to towing at the owner’s expense. Authorization for overnight parking can be obtained by contacting Palisades Center Security at 845.348.1010
