  • Looking for your favorite shopping, dining or entertainment destination? Visit one of the 23 digital directories throughout Palisades Center. Look for the side with the internet “i” and touch the screen to see the entire list of stores, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Still need help? Visit the Management Office (located on Level 3 in the Food Court behind Wendy’s) for directional assistance.

  • Did you lose an item at Palisades Center? Lost & Found is located in the Security Office, on Level 3 in the Food Court behind Wendy’s.

  • WiFi is FREE at Palisades Center, simply select the “Palisades Center” network on your device’s listing of available networks and log in through your favorite browser.

  • Pyramid Gift Cards are no longer available for purchase as of 1.31.18. Previously purchased cards can be redeemed in the Management Office located on Level 3 in the Food Court behind Wendy’s.

    Please note there are no inactivity fees or other post-purchase fees and funds do not expire.Recipients may obtain a free replacement after the Card’s ‘valid thru’ date passes by visiting the previously mentioned websites or calling 800.297.5009.

  • Bus tours: Palisades Center has an incentive program for  large bus groups (corporate, school, camp orleisure tour), For more information check out our Visit Page.

    Public transportation bus stop: Our dedicated public transportation bus stop is located near Macy’s on the South side of the Center. Here, you can hop on the Tappan ZEExpress (TZx) and Transportation of Rockland (TOR) bus lines.

  • The Commuter J-Lot (J-Lot is located along Palisades Center Drive, across from The Home Depot. Here, commuters using the J-Lot bus stop are welcome to park their vehicles for the day. No overnight parking is allowed at this time.

  • Baby-changing stations are located in all women’s and men’s restrooms in the shopping center. For inquiries about baby-changing stations located within a particular restaurant/retailer, please contact that retailer directly.

  • Wheelchairs and electric scooters are available on a first come, first serve basis. Please visit the management office on Level 3.

  • Palisades Center’s doors are open early in the morning for mall walkers.  Each Level is approximately .5 miles.

  • Non-profit groups may request space within the mall to fundraise/promote their organizations. All groups must be certified non-profits/not-for-profits and submit proof of status to Mall Management. Additionally, all groups must be insured according to Palisades Center’s requirements. Accessibility

  • The Mall Management Office is located on Level 3 in the Food Court behind Wendy’s and is open Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM

  • Palisades Center Security is located on Level 3 in the Food Court behind Wendy’s. They can be reached 24/7 by phone at 845.348.1010, or at one of the 60 emergency call boxes located in the parking lots (exterior, underground and parking deck). We encourage our guests, visitors and store employees to contact Palisades Center Security with any concerns, questions or issues you may have while on property. And please, if you see something, say something!

  • Service dogs are allowed at Palisades Center.

  • Emergency phones to contact security are located in several parking lots.

  • ADA accessible entrances are identified below and ample parking is available throughout the site.

Mall Policies

  • Palisades Center is private property dedicated to providing a safe, convenient, and enjoyable shopping environment to our valued shoppers, visitors, merchants, and employees. In as much as the shopping center is private property, Management reserves the right to exclude from the premises any person whom Management believes is engaged in activities which are not directly related to, or which detract from, the shopping experience. Additionally, the following Behavior Code will be in effect at all times for all guests and visitors of the shopping center. Persons violating the Behavior Code may be directed to leave the shopping center property, banned from entering the property in the future, and/or prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Mall Management has the right to amend the Behavior Code at any time.

  • Appropriate behavior is required at all times. Fighting, horseplay, harassment, loitering, offensive language, shouting, loud noise, littering, picketing, protesting, solicitation, or any illegal activities are not allowed on mall property. Mall Management has the right to exclude from the mall any person or group who in the opinion of Management is obstructing, hindering, or harassing shoppers or mall visitors, or who is engaged in conduct that is unrelated to or detracts from the shopping experience. The display of signs, banners, posters, apparel, and the like that tend to provoke a disturbance, negatively impact the interests of merchants, or engage shoppers or other legal invitees in conflict, is also prohibited.

  • Pets are not permitted on the premises except for service animals that aid the physically challenged. Exceptions may be made for pets being taken to and from pet stores or photography sessions, either on a leash or in a cage.

  • For your safety and the safety of our customers you may not run, skate or use a skateboard on mall property. You may not ride bicycles on sidewalks or the interior of the mall.

  • Group functions, activities or gatherings unrelated to the shopping experience are not permitted. All activities must be approved by Mall Management. In no event may any group function, activity or gathering proceed without following the Palisades Center’s application procedures and the conduct required in the Behavior Code.   • To promote the shopping center atmosphere, customers, guests and employees shall be fully clothed. The wearing of apparel which is likely to provoke a disturbance or embroil other groups or the general public in open conflict is prohibited.

  • The possession of any weapon, unless authorized by local, state, or federal statute, is prohibited.

  • Palisades Center is a smoke free facility. The consumption of alcohol is permitted in licensed premises only.

  • The parking area is private property and is intended for the use of Palisades Center guests, visitors and employees. Vehicles must be parked in legal designated spaces. Violators are subject to tickets and/or towing. Unauthorized overnight parking is not permitted and is also subject to towing.

  • In accordance with school attendance laws, and in support of education, children of 6 to 16 years of age are not permitted on Palisades Center property during school hours, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
