Schools in Rockland have been out for almost a month and already Palisades Center is flooded with camp groups. From the YMCA to Camp MJC, Palisades Center has become the destination for camp groups to spend their day. With so much to do, every camper at Palisades Center is a happy camper!
Many Palisades Center tenants are seeing an uptick in group activity within the past few weeks. Some tenants, like Palisades Climb, will see multiple groups in one day. Palisades Center has many entertainment merchants geared specifically at the camper-aged guest. “With Dave & Buster’s, go-karts and the movies, there’s a lot to do here,” said Ralph Rempart, a manager at Palisades Climb.
Rainy day and need to be indoors? Palisades Center is here for camps when unsuspected weather hits. “We are a great rainy day activity and we are fairly flexible with our schedules. We just had a camp call last week as an activity replacement due to rain,” shared Asia Seibert, manager at 5 Wits.
Mystery Room has already seen 5 camp groups come in this summer, but it’s not just camp groups that are knocking down their doors. Girl and Boy Scout troops as well as sports teams also turn to Mystery Room for team bonding experiences. Palisades Climb has also seen groups of all types, like children from group homes and parties from religious organizations.
