Palisades Center’s #LaborOfLove campaign returns to highlight the local residents that provide service to our guests. Whether they opened their new business a few weeks ago or a veteran employee, Palisades Center is proud of every of worker within our destination. Please meet some of our merchants from Caribbean Quizine, Beef Jerky Outlet, and Ben & Jerry’s!

Herbert Bretton, Owner of Caribbean Quizine (pictured with his son, Jayson!)
Caribbean Quizine held their Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Friday, August 16, 2019. Only open to the public for a few weeks, Caribbean Quizine is the new and popular choice for dining at Palisades Center! Hebert, a local Rockland County resident, enjoys owning his new-found business and providing food to the public. He enjoys that his first location is in Palisades Center because he is able to meet-and-greet new people everyday.

Samantha Aull, Store Manager of Beef Jerky Outlet
The day Beef Jerky Outlet joined Palisades Center in Summer 2018, Samantha was already greeting guests at the doors! Samantha enjoys working with her colleagues on all levels at Beef Jerky Outlet and working within Palisades Center has provided her the opportunity to provide guests of any age and from any country.

Ronza Qumbargi, Manager of Ben & Jerry’s
Ronza has been one of the managers of Ben & Jerry’s at Palisades Center for a year. Her favorite aspect about working for Ben & Jerry’s is her all-access pass to savoring her favorite flavor, The Tonight Dough, and enjoys that Palisades Center is a community hub for local residents and is easily accessible.
