Venue Manager – Full Time – $58,000/annual
Billy Beez is the ultimate indoor play park for kids and kids-at-heart! Our 25,000*sq. ft. play parks
offer a variety of features and activities. From slides to sports courts, tunnels to towers, ball blasters
to bouncy trampolines, adventure is always right around the corner at Billy Beez.
The Venue Manager ensures that Park and its Employees are following all Policy, Procedure and
Legal requirements. Venue Managers stay up-to date on company Standard Operating Procedures
and Policies and apply them to their assigned locations’ practices to minimize executional, customer
experience, financial and legal risk – in line with our Mission Statement, Safe, Secure, Clean and Fun environment for All Ages
Functioning as direct corporate liaison the Venue Manager:
- Oversees all aspect of the day to day operations and execution standards of the Park
- Completes daily and weekly audits to monitor adherence to policies and procedures
- Evaluates team members’ knowledge, educates them on work related policies and procedures
- Immediately corrects and improves areas of the business that do not meet company standards and
legal requirements

- Revenue Generation / Budget Accountability
- Brand Policy and Procedure Compliance
- Labor Law Compliance
- Safety / Security / Facility Cleanliness Standards
- Customer Experience / Brand Representation Standards
- Employee Behavior / Customer Service Standards
- Event Execution Standards etc
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
