Pyramid Management Group, LLC. One of the largest owners/managers of premier shopping centers in the Northeast, is seeking for a Full-Time Maintenance Mechanic, to join our Maintenance Department at the Palisades Center Mall, located in West Nyack, New York.

Summary:
To help maintain/enhance the value of the property through the repair and maintenance of
Center structures, furnishings, systems, and equipment at the least cost in order to contribute to
the maximization of the center profitability.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform interior maintenance functions including: floors, ceilings, and walls, and replacement of lighting devices.
- Perform exterior maintenance functions including: roofs, parking lots, and replacement of lighting devices.
- Perform preventative maintenance checks on all equipment to keep it in the best possible condition
- Make plumbing repairs on the property
- Inform supervisors of potential problems with any equipment used or systems responsible for
- Act as a liaison with contractors in areas where responsible for maintenance and repair.
- Respond to building emergencies while maintaining safe work practices

- Be able to work on roof slopes and with man lifts

SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE: None
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED preferred
Required Experience:
Must have Boces training or have 3 years of experience in general facility maintenance. General
maintenance experience in carpentry and mechanicals is a plus.
Starting Salary Range:
$18.00-19.00 per hour
