Today we’re introducing you to Nomad Kali & Combat Fitness, a Pekiti Tirsia Kali, MMA, and Fitness Training facility located on Level Two!

The classes at Nomad Kali & Combat Fitness are a unique combination of Strikes, Blocks, Kicks, Weapon training and total body conditioning. The staff is made up of talented and creative professionals, who are passionate about providing the best Martial Arts School in Rockland County.

Nomad Kali & Combat Fitness believes in total body fitness training, designed to develop strength, agility, dexterity, constitution and muscle memory. The total body training uses Circuit Training, High Intensity Interval Training and Super Set Training blended with traditional Calisthenics, Cardio and Yoga Stretching.
