Krystof was a two year starter for the Red Raiders. As a senior, Krystof was on every personnel team, never coming off the field. He is a very technically sound player who takes pride in his hard work and strong technique. He has a very high football IQ which allowed the defensive and offensive coaches to use him in numerous positions. A Jack of all trades, he played OLB, DB, DE, WR and TE. Krystof was invaluable to the Red Raiders in all phases of the game.
On defense, he finished the year with 55 tackles, 11 tackles for loss, 2 forced fumbles and 2 fumble recoveries; the last one of which he returned 56 yards for a Touchdown. On offense, Krystof finished his career with 7 receptions for 170 yards and 2 touchdowns.

Senior year was five-time Rockland County Champ and undefeated at the county meet, winning the 3000, 1000, and 1500 indoors and the 3000 and 1500 outdoors. She’s top ten all-time Rockland County in the mile both indoors #7 (5:02.49) and #8 outdoors (5:01.1). She’s all county first team in the 3000 and 1500 for both indoors and outdoors as well as All-Section for both events. She placed 9th at the state meet indoors with a 1500 time of 4:43.1 and has already run 4:41 outdoor En Route at the Loucks Games Mile. During her cross-country season, Jade was All-League, All-County, All-Section, and All-State. She was the third-place finisher at the Section Championship, and the second-place finisher at the Rockland County Championship. At every course that Jade competed in, she ranked in the top five All-Time in North Rockland history.
