On Monday, July 9, 2018, local music group The Bossy Frog Band will perform at Palisades Center’s Munchkin Monday Summer Concert Series. Munchkin Monday is a free Kids Club program for children ages 0-6. The Summer Concert Series began in June and continues throughout the rest of the summer until the end of August. This is the third year The Bossy Frog Band will be performing for the Summer Concert Series.
Led by certified music therapist and NY State licensed creative arts therapist, Jeffrey Friedberg MT-BC, LCAT, The Bossy Frog Band is guaranteed to get all the kids (and adults) moving to & singing along with the music. Jeffrey developed the “Bossy Frog” concept in order to inspire children to learn as they learn best – through experiential activities and movement. Themes of their shows include movement and physical fitness, making friends and nature. Their latest recording, “15 Songs Every Kid Should Know (and will LOVE!),” is a Parents’ Choice Award winning album.
“The Munchkin Monday show is always one of our favorite shows on our summer tour! Bring you dancing shoes to the show ‘cuz we’re gonna get everyone dancing,” said Friedberg. Munchkin Monday, Palisades Center’s Kids Club, sponsored by Dunkin Donuts and NY Metro Parent, offers free events throughout the mall on select Monday mornings. Children ages 0 – 6 are invited to visit with their families for a fun-filled morning at Palisades Center. Special VIP passes, featuring store discounts, deals, and giveaway prizes, will be available to all who attend. All performances will take place within the East Court, located on Level One near H&M.
