On Thursday, October 17, 2019, Palisades Center will receive the 2019 Green Council Award in the Transportation Improvement Category from the Rockland Business Association (RBA) Green Council. The 10th annual awards honor RBA member companies that embrace green and sustainable measures within their business model in the categories of Energy Efficiency, Water Conservation, Transportation Improvement, and Not-for-Profit.
Palisades Center is being recognized for their collaboration with Tesla, the world’s largest all-electric vehicle manufacturer, that brought Tesla Superchargers to Rockland County. Palisades Center is the only facility that provides these charging stations in Clarkstown and Rockland County, and is one of the biggest in New York with the ability to charge twenty vehicles simultaneously.

Palisades Center will be in the company of three additional 2019 RBA Green Council Award winners that include, US Information Systems, Instrumentation Laboratory, and Urban Electric Power.
