Honoring Our Troops
Within the center’s East Court displays the American Flag and a banner to honor our military that died serving their country. Anne Murphy, a Gold Star Mother, created the banner to honor the memory of her son Lt. Col. Michael L. Murphy, USMC. John Antonucci, a Vietnam Veteran assisted the Murphy family in helping to make this project become a reality. “For people who have loss in their families…this beautiful banner needed to be hung in a beautiful place,” said Murphy.
