Palisades Center is proud to present their latest edition to the ThEATery, Caribbean Quizine! Caribbean Quizine will take guests on a cultural journey through traditional island dishes and American comfort foods enhanced with island twist flavors and spices.
On Friday, August 16th, Caribbean Quizine will host their grand opening celebrations with a ribbon cutting! Local community residents and guests are invited to dine at the restaurant all weekend long to celebrate. Caribbean Quizine’s menu consists of lunch and dinner specials from varieties of patties, fish, burgers, salads, soups of the day, and desserts including Bun & Cheese and Rum Cake!
