The Local Manager is a seasonal team leader responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the Santa photo set on a day-to-day basis. Local Manager’s must be able to perform, train and coach every role on the set. They are responsible for motivating associates to create a magical experience for every guest. Local Manager report directly to the District Manager.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Required to pass a Background Check
· Mandatory attendance at Local Manager Training prior to start of season
· Responsible for building successful Team
o Recruiting
o Interviewing
o Hiring
o Training
· Responsible for Sales and meeting/exceeding Sales Goals
o 60% transactions being premium package
o Spec Printing
· Ability to schedule and supervise set team
o Oversee clocking in and out
· Ensure timely and accurate transmittal of required data/reports:
o Inventories
o Online Schedules (where applicable)
o Payroll
o Pre-season hiring forms on TalentReef and personnel changes during season
o Daily Sales Reports
o Incident Reports, if/when necessary
· Bank Deposits
o Ensure DAILY deposits are made and Deposit Log is filled out
o Verify daily Bank deposit and credit card slips are included with financial paperwork
· Follow Cherry Hill Programs Policies and Procedures
· Ensure equipment and inventory are secured appropriately
· Ensure supplies and consumables are not wasted
· Supervise and coach team members to ensure that operations on the set run smoothly, effectively and in accordance with all CHP policies and procedures
· Establish and maintain a good working relationship with your District/Area Manager, team members (including Santa), Mall Management and staff, and build/maintain a positive image for CHP at your property
· Professional Attire (in uniform during season) and good hygiene is required; your personal appearance reflects on the company and you
o LM responsible for furnishing dress black pants, closed toe black shoes with black soles and long sleeve, collared button-down white shirt
· Maintain and safeguard:
o All CHP/Property materials
o All equipment and inventory
· Become thoroughly familiar with all training materials

· Learn to troubleshoot equipment where/when possible
· Ensure the set is safe and that team understands and takes responsibility for safety on set
· Must be available and willing to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday when set is busiest
· Responsible for all set communications including but not limited to Basecamp
Education/Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
· Supervisory experience and/or qualities
· Retail experience
Language Ability
· Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business forms
· Strong communication skills

· Ability to hire staff, complete staff/set evaluations
