Expecting mamas- this one’s for you! FIT4MOMRockland is so excited to launch a 4-week session of FIT4BABY in collaboration with some amazing local experts.
Each session will feature a workout designed for expecting moms, followed by an expert-led seminar. Classes will be held on Mondays at 6:30 PM in the Raso Room on Level 4 of Palisades Center.
