Palisades Center is partnering with the Greater Nanuet Chamber of Commerce to shine a spotlight on our small businesses leading up to Shop Small Saturday on November 28. Today we are pleased to introduce you to Color Me Mine.
Color Me Mine is a paint-your-own-pottery and canvas painting studio dedicated to exploring The Art of Having Fun! Color Me Mine offers hundreds of ceramic shapes to choose from and dozens of colors to paint with. They even offer a design center stocked with over twenty thousand images that you can use for inspiration. No matter your age or skill level, you’ll leave the studio feeling like an artist and proud of the creations that you made.
Owner, Julene Finley is a skilled artist, holding a Master of Fine Arts in studio art. In college she worked at a Color Me Mine, a positive experience that left a lasting impression.
Julene made the decision to open her own Color Me Mine location at Palisades Center in 2018. Palisades Center was Julene’s mall growing up and establishing her business here made sense because of the draw it has not just in Clarkstown and Rockland County, but also the larger surrounding area.
There’s a genuine authenticity to Julene and customers feel that every time they visit. Her business participates in school fundraisers, girl scout badge programs, and works with special needs individuals so everyone can experience the positive benefits of the arts.
Color Me Mine is Palisades Center’s only art studio and can be found on Level Three near Macy’s.
