1 ticket for the release. Mall website will post the beginning winning

ticket number on Thursday. That number will serve as the first ticket.

Example: Ticket #37 is drawn, Ticket #37 is 1st, #38 is 2nd, #39 3rd etc.

Store will open at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday 05/25 for customers with tickets

in the order of winning ticket drawn. Line will begin outside the Mall

entrance next to Sports Authority on level 2.

IRON MAN 3, STAR TREK: INTO THE DARKNESS AND

SUPERMAN: MAN OF STEEL

ROCKLAND/ORANGE/BERGEN (April 23rd) -- The IMAX Theatre at Palisades Center boasts the biggest screen in the Rockland/Bergen/Westchester area and over the next several months it will be home to some of the biggest blockbuster movies of 2013.

On May 2^nd IMAX Palisades will debut Iron Man 3. Marvel’s Iron Man 3 pits brash-but-brilliant industrialist Tony Stark/Iron Man against an enemy whose reach knows no bounds. When Stark finds his personal world destroyed at his enemy's hands, he embarks on a harrowing quest to find those responsible. With his back against the wall, Stark is left to survive by his own devices, relying on his ingenuity and instincts to protect those closest to him. As he fights his way back, Stark discovers the answer to the question that has secretly haunted him: does the man make the suit or does the suit make the man?

The IMAX release of Iron Man 3 will be digitally re-mastered into the image and sound quality of An IMAX 3D Experience® with proprietary IMAX DMR® (Digital Re-mastering) technology. The crystal-clear images coupled with IMAX's customized theatre geometry and powerful digital audio create a unique environment that will make audiences feel as if they are in the movie.

Star Trek: Into the Darkness will open on May 15^th featuring footage shot with IMAX camera which can best be appreciated on a 1570 film projector which IMAX Palisades has. In the wake of a shocking act of terror from within their own organization, the crew of The Enterprise is called back home to Earth. In defiance of regulations and with a personal score to settle, Captain Kirk leads his crew on a manhunt to capture an unstoppable force of destruction and bring those responsible to justice. Several key sections of the film that feature big action set pieces have been captured with IMAX cameras, which has become an integral tool for visionary filmmakers to tell their amazing stories. Exclusively in IMAX, sequences shot with the extremely high-resolution cameras will expand to fill the entire screen and further immerse the audience in the vast dimension and adventure of this highly-anticipated follow-up.

From Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures comes Superman: Man of Steel opening June 13^th starring Henry Cavill (“Immortals,” TV’s “The Tudors”) in the role of Clark Kent/Superman, under the direction of Zack Snyder (“300,” “Watchmen”). A young boy learns that he has extraordinary powers and is not of this Earth. As a young man, he journeys to discover where he came from and what he was sent here to do. But the hero in him must emerge if he is to save the world from annihilation and become the symbol of hope for all mankind.

The film also stars four-time Oscar® nominee Amy Adams (“The Master”) as Daily Planet journalist Lois Lane, and Oscar® nominee Laurence Fishburne (“What’s Love Got to Do with It”) as her editor-in-chief, Perry White. Starring as Clark Kent’s adoptive parents, Martha and Jonathan Kent, are Oscar® nominee Diane Lane (“Unfaithful”) and Academy Award® winner Kevin Costner (“Dances with Wolves”).

Coming September 20^th, National Geographic Cinema Ventures to Distribute Jerusalem which takes audiences on an eye-opening tour of one of the world’s oldest and most enigmatic cities. Filmed for the first time in IMAX and 3-D, Jerusalem will be available in 3-D and 2-D, 15/70 film and digital formats when it is released worldwide. Jerusalem was executive produced by the late Jake Eberts, legendary financier of movies such as “Gandhi,” “Chariots of Fire” and “Dances with Wolves”; produced by Taran Davies, George Duffield and Daniel Ferguson; and directed by Daniel Ferguson. The film tells the stories of real-life inhabitants of the ancient city and of prominent archaeologists exploring the enduring appeal of this unique crossroads of civilization.

Jerusalem, an original production from Cosmic Picture and Arcane Pictures, aims to increase public awareness and appreciation for the city’s historical, spiritual, cultural and artistic contributions to the world. After years of working with various government ministries and religious and community leaders, the filmmakers were granted the exclusive permits necessary to capture aerial shots above the Old City of Jerusalem and throughout the Holy Land. As a result, audiences are given a rare bird’s-eye view of the storied city as well as unprecedented access to iconic holy sites and little-known parts of the region in one powerful, 45-minute giant screen film experience. Aside from the breathtaking scenery, “Jerusalem” also explores some of the surprising intersections between Judaism, Christianity and Islam, which come together in this sacred city.
