From New Jersey: Take the Garden State Parkway North to NYS Thruway (87 South/287 East). Go to Exit 12 of the New York Sate Thruway West Nyack - Palisades Center. This will lead you directly to Palisades Center OR Take Palisades Parkway North to Exit 9E (87 South/287 East). Follow to Exit 12 of the New York State Thruway-West Nyack Palisades Center
From Westchester County: Take the Tappan Zee Bridge West (87 North/287 West). Go to Exit 12 of the New York State Thruway (West Nyack - Palisades Center).
From New York City: Take the George Washington Bridge to the Palisades Interstate Parkway North to Exit 9E to the New York State Thruway 87 South/287 East. Travel on Thruway to Exit 12 (West Nyack - Palisades Center).
From Northern New York: Take the New York State Thruway South to Exit 12 (West Nyack - Palisades Center).
From Putnam County: Take the Bear Mountain Bridge to the traffic circle, pick up Palisades Interstate Parkway South to the New York State Thruway South to Exit 12 (West Nyack - Palisades Center).
By Bus or Train:
From New Jersey: Plan your trip using NJ Transit’s Trip Planner! Take the train to Nanuet, then hop on board a Transportation of Rockland (TOR) bus straight to Palisades Center.
From Westchester County: Take the Tappan Zee Xpress across the Tappan Zee Bridge directly to Palisades Center.
From New York City:
- Take Metro North from Grand Central Terminal to Tarrytown Station or from Harlem-125th Street to White Plains Station. From there, take the Tappan Zee Xpress to Palisades Center. GETAWAY DEAL!
- Take a Rockland Coach from the Port Authority Bus Terminal to Palisades Center
- Take the NJ Transit to Nanuet, then board a Transportation of Rockland (TOR) bus to Palisades Center
Palisades Center is the premier shopping, dining and entertainment destination located in West Nyack, just 20 miles North of New York City. It is conveniently positioned on the New York State Thruway (I87 & I287) with direct access to Route 303, Route 59 and the Palisades Interstate Parkway. The Center is easily accessible by any mode of transportation.

Wheelchairs are available for our guests to use free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. They are located at the Customer Service Desk on the 1st Level, near The Cheesecake Factory. We do require a valid drivers license or state photo ID that will be returned to you when the wheelchair is returned to the Customer Service Desk. The wheelchair must be returned to the Customer Service Desk prior to the Center closing (9:30pm Monday-Saturday and 7:00pm Sunday). Palisades Center does not currently offer strollers within the center. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
If your organization is interested in scheduling a special event, awareness campaign or fundraiser at Palisades Center, please call the Marketing Department at 845-348-1005 for information regarding rules and regulations. Liability insurance is required from any group interested in being considered to hold an event at Palisades Center.

In the case of an emergency or if you have found or lost any items in the mall please contact our security office located on the 3rd level in the Food Court area behind Wendy’s. Our security office can also be reached at 845-348-1010.

Walking has quickly become one of America's most popular forms of exercise because it is safe, simple and inexpensive. Join your friends and neighbors at Palisades Center for healthful walking at your own pace in climate controlled comfort. Exercise by walking a measured course before stores open (5 am - 10:00 am Monday through Saturday; 6 am - 11 am Sunday) and at your convenience.

In order to provide an enjoyable shopping environment, and for the safety and convenience of our shoppers, visitors and employees, the following Behavior Code will be in effect at all times for all guests and visitors of the shopping center. Anyone who violates the behavior code may be banned from the property and/or prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Mall management has the right to amend the behavior code at any time.

Palisades Center is Open for the Purpose of Shopping
Appropriate behavior is required at all times. Fighting, horseplay, harassment, offensive language, shouting, loud noise, littering, solicitation, or any illegal activities are not allowed on mall property. Mall management has the right to prohibit groups from congregating or walking in a manner that obstructs or hinders shoppers or mall visitors.
Safe and Convenient Shopping
Pets are not allowed on the premises except for service animals that aid the physically challenged. Exceptions may be made for pets being taken to pet stores or photography sessions.
For your safety and the safety of our customers you may not run, skate or use a skateboard on mall property. You may not ride bicycles on sidewalks or in the interior of the mall.
Please Dress Appropriately
To promote the shopping center atmosphere, customers, guests and employees shall be fully clothed. The wearing of apparel which is likely to provoke a disturbance or embroil other groups or the general public in open conflict is prohibited.
No Weapons Allowed
The possession of any weapon, unless authorized by local, state, or federal statue, is prohibited.
Smoking and Alcohol
Palisades Center is a smoke free facility. The consumption of alcohol is permitted in licensed premises only.
Parking is for Guests and Visitors
The parking area is private property and is intended for the use of mall guests, visitors and employees. Vehicles must be parked in legal designated spaces. Violators are subject to tickets and/or towing. Unauthorized overnight parking is not permitted and is also subject to towing.
We Support Education
In accordance with school attendance laws, and in support of education, children of 6 to 16 years of age are not permitted on mall property during school hours, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
