From New Jersey: Take the Garden State Parkway North to NYS Thruway (87 South/287 East). Go to Exit 12 of the New York Sate Thruway West Nyack - Palisades Center. This will lead you directly to Palisades Center OR Take Palisades Parkway North to Exit 9E (87 South/287 East). Follow to Exit 12 of the New York State Thruway-West Nyack Palisades Center
From Westchester County: Take the Tappan Zee Bridge West (87 North/287 West). Go to Exit 12 of the New York State Thruway (West Nyack - Palisades Center).
From New York City: Take the George Washington Bridge to the Palisades Interstate Parkway North to Exit 9E to the New York State Thruway 87 South/287 East. Travel on Thruway to Exit 12 (West Nyack - Palisades Center).
From Northern New York: Take the New York State Thruway South to Exit 12 (West Nyack - Palisades Center).
From Putnam County: Take the Bear Mountain Bridge to the traffic circle, pick up Palisades Interstate Parkway South to the New York State Thruway South to Exit 12 (West Nyack - Palisades Center).

From Rockland County Locations:
Go to www.rocklandgov.com and click on the bus. Rockland County TOR bus routes that serve the Palisades Center Mall include routes # 59, 91, 92, 97 and the TAPPAN ZEExpress bus. Some routes operate until after midnight. All TOR bus fares are $1.00 per trip, and discount Supersaver tickets save 30%. Senior citizens and people with disabilities pay only 40¢ on TOR and 60¢ on TZx buses.
From Manhattan:
- From Grand Central terminal or the Harlem 125th Street station , take Metro North Hudson Line trains (www.mta.info) to Tarrytown and transfer to the TAPPAN ZEExpress buses. TZx buses at Tarrytown connect with many Hudson Line express trains. To see TZx schedules, go to www.co.rockland.ny.us/PublicTrans/fromrockland.htm and click on the "Westbound" schedules. The bus schedule appears in black and white, while the train schedule is embedded in green. Use Eastbound schedules for your return trip. TZx bus fare is $1.50 per trip, with discounts fare Supersaver tickets, senior citizens and people with disabilities.
- For a shopper's "One Day Getaway" from NYC, go to http://www.mta.info/mnr/html/getaways/outbound_palisades.htm. Package Includes: Discount round-trip rail fare, discount round-trip bus fare to Palisades Center, and a FREE Palisades Center shopping bag. Price adults, $17.50; seniors, $11
- From Port Authority Bus terminal , take Coach USA (www.coachusa.com) bus route #20 to the mall.
From Westchester County:
Take the TAPPAN ZEExpress bus (http://www.co.rockland.ny.us/PublicTrans/fromrockland.htm) bus from the White Plains TransCenter or from the Tarrytown rail station. Bus transfers from Westchester Beeline buses are accepted on TAPPAN ZEExpress buses for a discounted fare.
From New Jersey:
Take New Jersey Transit trains (www.njtransit.com) or Coach USA buses (www.coachusa.com) to Spring Valley and transfer to TOR bus "59 NYACK", which depart every 20 to 30 minutes from the Spring Valley Bus and Rail Center.
